A Shade Carrier is used to connect Lampshades fitted with Duplex ring (116mm) to Table Lamps, allowing the user to control the height between the two.
The height of the Lampshade can then be adjusted depending on which Shade Carrier you use.

Lampshades that use Duplex Fittings (116mm) benefit from being able to be used for Table Lamps, using a Shade Carrier and Ceiling Lights, using a Spider Adapter.

The Shade Carrier is made to fit European Lamp Holders (approx 40mm).

Each Shade Carrier will come with a white Plastic Reducer, to convert it from European Fitting to UK Fitting - Suitable for UK Lamp Holders (approx 30mm)
