Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being received.
Processing times exclude weekends, UK public holidays, and our annual summer factory closure (dates vary each year).
Customers will be notified if any unexpected delays occur.
Delivery Areas
We ship to Mainland UK as standard.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may incur additional charges if items are too large to be sent via Royal Mail and need to be shipped with UPS or DPD.
The British Isles and overseas destinations are treated as international shipments. Quotes can be provided upon request.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes
- Royal Mail (small parcels, max. 61cm x 46cm x 46cm): 3–5 working days
- UPS (large parcels): 2–3 working days
- DPD (large parcels): next working day delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Homemaking Heaven Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including courier delays, strikes, or severe weather.
Delivery Responsibility & Risk
Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.
Customers must ensure they provide an accurate delivery address and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 2 working days after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs of the packaging and the item(s).
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in transit on overseas or international shipments.

If you change your mind, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been received in their original condition.
Special Orders
Oversized, fragile, or customised items may require additional packaging or delivery arrangements. Customers can request bespoke shipping quotes for these orders.
